Helen Olivia Flowers is located in Alexandria, Virginia. We hand deliver flower arrangements to all of Fairfax and Arlington Counties in Virginia, Montgomery and Prince George Counties in Maryland. We also offer flower delivery in Washington DC. We are dedicated to delivering your arrangements with the utmost care and efficiency.
A local delivery fee is applied for each address to which we make a delivery. This fee will vary from $15.00 – $35.00, depending on the location of the delivery. To ensure that the highest quality flowers are used in our arrangements, we only accept same-day orders until 11:00 AM. We guarantee business deliveries to be made before 5:00 PM and residential deliveries to be made before 7:00 PM. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee them. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Any deliveries requested for this day will be delivered the following business day.
In the event that a delivery cannot be completed for any reason, including but not limited to, incorrect address, absence of recipient telephone information, or recipient unavailable to receive delivery, a complimentary delivery attempt will be made during the next business day. Any additional delivery attempts beyond this are subject to a re-delivery charge.
Helen Olivia Flowers is uniquely positioned to manage delivery of your order anywhere around the world through our broad network of other talented florists. Orders placed outside of Helen Olivia Flowers delivery zone will be outsourced to another florist of comparable style and quality, and cannot be guaranteed to look exactly like the arrangements shown on our website. Flower varieties may be substituted depending on availability in the area the arrangement is being delivered. Since flower prices may also vary, the arrangement size and number of flowers used may not reflect what Helen Olivia can offer to their customers in the greater Washington, DC area. In most cases, orders to destinations in the US and Canada can be delivered the next day, with the exception of Sundays. Please allow up to five business days for international deliveries.
