Gothic Glam Wedding at District Winery
When it comes to weddings, it’s pretty rare that we work with a bride who wants to do something totally out of the box for her big day. When the bride, Mary, told us she wanted to create a sleek, sexy goth-glam design for her wedding, we were immediately on board. A Gothic glam wedding in DC? Say less!

Together, we worked on finding gorgeous black blooms (like the gorgeous callas for the bride and groom) and dark, moody foliage. We tied in accents of matte black in the ceremony columns and introduced black candles throughout the wedding.

As guests arrived at District Winery in Washington DC, they were greeted by a staircase dripping with smilax greenery.

The ceremony, which overlooked the Potomac, included moody black candles, greenery, and modern designs set atop black columns.

For the dinner reception, guests dined at long tables lined with black floor length runners, black taper candles, and greenery garland. The ceiling was dressed with gorgeous smilax vine.
We get it babe, after looking at these pictures you want flowers around all the time! Go ahead and relax – we’ll deliver flowers to your DC doorstep!
